Returns of full price
in stock items are accepted within 7 days. These items can then be exchanged. Following the 7 days of your purchase, we cannot offer either. Sale items are non returnable and no exchange is offered. The purchase is final.
To be eligible for an exchange the product must be in a new and unused condition with the tags attached.
All returns will incur a £1 administrative transaction fee and will be deducted from the total amount of your exchange
Once your return is received and inspected, if approved your exchange will be processed by way of a code to be redeemed at the checkout. This code will be emailed to you.
Please note you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. If item is not received, we are not responsible for items that are returned to us. We recommend using a signed for method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items.

Pre-order Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on pre-order items, as this has been ordered especially for you. however, if your item is not suitable for any reason, we will exchange for you - if you notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and if the product is returned in the same condition you received it in.
Please understand delays on pre ordered items ARE likely as they have to pass via customs & this can cause slight delays in your orders and is out of our control. Thanks for understanding
When ordering with Fashionista, we can arrange delivery of your items to the UK, Europe, Canada and the United States.
Delivery costs and services are as follows:
3-5 working days - Small package: £3.95
U3-5 working days - large package (More than one item) £7.95
Please note all parcels are sign for. If you chose to leave with neighbour or in a safe place, this is at your own risk. Fashionista is not responsible for loss or damage.
Failure to select the correct shipping payment will result in your order being placed on hold until correct shipping payment is made. This is the buyer's error therefore not eligible for refund or exchange.
Please note failure to provide a correct known address will result in your order being placed on hold. We will send an email asking for correct address, once the correct address is known your order will then be processed.

Seen something you like but do not want to pay P&P - this is a fantastic new feature for local customers. Buy your favourite item today and collect at your leisure in store. Please do not select click & collect if your item is to be shipped. Failure to select the correct shipping payment will result in your order not being processed.
